Very good property with amazing views. Amazing drive through the mountains. If you are confident in driving, I would definitely recommend driving to the hotel. You can only take 4WD or AWD vehicles, there is a police checkpoint that doesn't allow cars with 4WD or AWD. If you have a car you can drive to some view points nearby, I think even the hotel arranges for some packages for view points and transportation. There are lot of restraunts in the nearby town, you can try some local food. The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were good with a nice balcony.. Room service for food could be a little faster. Housekeeping was good..Basanta and Mushard from the Housekeeping team was available and helpful The adventure park was really good with zip lines and different circuits. Very good breakfast options, nice swimming pool. They have a small kids play area as well.

The staff were extremely kind, respectful, and supportive throughout my stay, making me feel genuinely welcomed. The facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped gym, a beautiful swimming pool, and a high-quality breakfast My room was decorated with great attention to detail, and the cleanliness was exceptional — I’d easily rate it above 100%. The balcony was another highlight, offering a fantastic view and a great place to relax Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I highly recommend dusitD2 Naseem Resort for anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and top-tier service

Our stay at dusitD2 Naseem Resort Jabal Akhdar was amazing. The stunning mountain views, the fresh air, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect retreat from the city. The resort itself is beautifully designed, with spacious and clean rooms that felt both luxurious and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We especially loved the location — surrounded by nature, with hiking trails nearby and breathtaking scenery in every direction. It was the perfect place to relax, recharge, and connect with Oman’s incredible natural beauty.

We were a mixed family with older parents and child but the staff were caring enough to make our stay so very memorable and comfortable. Every team from buggy drivers to restaurant staff to room service was fabulous 👌. The staff in both restaurants were lovely 😍 and food was yum yummy 😋. The Naseem adventure park is good for kids.

When we called the hotel, the staff was quick to respond to our request and sent a car (although at an additional charge) within 20 mins to pick us up. Decent brekfast options available. Our stay included access to the adventure park, which was a nice experience.
