dusitD2 Naseem Resort, Jabal Akhdar, Oman

Our stay at dusitD2 Naseem Resort Jabal Akhdar was amazing. The stunning mountain views, the fresh air, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect retreat from the city. The resort itself is beautifully designed, with spacious and clean rooms that felt both luxurious and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We especially loved the location — surrounded by nature, with hiking trails nearby and breathtaking scenery in every direction. It was the perfect place to relax, recharge, and connect with Oman’s incredible natural beauty.

The property was beautifully located with stunning views of the mountains. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—special thanks to Aziza at reception for their outstanding hospitality and support throughout our stay. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. We originally booked a room with a king bed but at check-in they accommodated our request to change to twin beds with no extra charge. The room was in the villas and was very spacious and comfy. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The hotel cost was much better than other high end hotels in the area. Would definitely stay again!

Very good property with amazing views. Amazing drive through the mountains. If you are confident in driving, I would definitely recommend driving to the hotel. You can only take 4WD or AWD vehicles, there is a police checkpoint that doesn't allow cars with 4WD or AWD. If you have a car you can drive to some view points nearby, I think even the hotel arranges for some packages for view points and transportation. There are lot of restraunts in the nearby town, you can try some local food. The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were good with a nice balcony.. Room service for food could be a little faster. Housekeeping was good..Basanta and Mushard from the Housekeeping team was available and helpful The adventure park was really good with zip lines and different circuits. Very good breakfast options, nice swimming pool. They have a small kids play area as well.

We liked the facilities and the staff attitude. We had a situation at the border where we were not allowed to take our car as it wasn't a 4WD. When we called the hotel, the staff was quick to respond to our request and sent a car (although at an additional charge) within 20 mins to pick us up. Decent brekfast options available. Our stay included access to the adventure park, which was a nice experience.
